Boku makes the following announcement in accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
As at 30 November 2018, the Company's issued share capital is 223,517,723 Common Shares of $0.0001 each. No shares are held in treasury. As such, the total number of voting rights in Boku is 223,517,723.
The above figure of 223,517,723 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
