Creon Corporation Plc ("Creon", "Company" or the "Group") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Following the admission on 1 August of 2,005,381 new ordinary shares of 1p each, being the initial consideration for the acquisition of Pinnacle Plus Limited, Creon's issued share capital comprises 12,041,491 ordinary shares of 1p each. All of these shares carry voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Creon under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
