3i Group PLC28 February 2007 3i Group plc Total voting rights Following allotments of shares under The 3i Group Share Incentive Plan on 28February 2007, 3i Group plc (the "Company") had 460,922,034 issued ordinaryshares of 62 69/88p each admitted to trading on a regulated or prescribedmarket. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to allcircumstances at general meetings of the Company. The Company does not hold anyordinary shares in treasury.
