Thomas Cook Group plc - Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Thomas Cook Group plc (the "Company") notifies that the Company's share capital consists of 1,535,851,316 ordinary shares of €0.01 each with voting rights. All of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. Thomas Cook Group plc does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure of 1,535,851,316 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Thomas Cook Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
