Stagecoach Group PLC30 April 2008 Headline Total Voting RightsReleased 30 April 2008 In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the issued share capital of Stagecoach Group plc as at 29 April 2008 was as follows: Ordinary shares of 56/57th pence each Shares held by Stagecoach Group employee benefit trusts* 5,024,296 Other shares 713,048,346 Total shares in issue as at 29 April 2008 718,072,642 * The Ordinary Shares held by Stagecoach Group employee benefit trusts do not rank for dividend. Each Ordinary Share in issue carries one vote in the event of a poll of shareholders. No shares are held by Stagecoach Group plc in Treasury. The total shares in issue has changed since 30 March 2008 as a result of shares issued to satisfy the exercise of share options by employees.
