3i Group PLC17 January 2007 3i Group plc Total voting rights Following the cancellation of 300,000 of its own ordinary shares of 62 69/88peach ("Shares") on 16 January 2007, 3i Group plc (the "Company") had 461,893,861issued Shares admitted to trading on a regulated or prescribed market. EachShare carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at generalmeetings of the Company. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.
