As at 31st May 2017, JPMorgan Brazil Investment Trust plc's capital consists of 61,728,898 Ordinary 1 pence shares. The Company holds 27,979,044 shares in Treasury.

Therefore as at 31st May 2017, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in JPMorgan Brazil Investment Trust plc is 33,749,854.

The above figures (33,749,854) may be used for Ordinary shareholders as the denominators for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in JPMorgan Brazil Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
