In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's total capital is 500,659,992 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares). The Company's capital consists of 367,871,129 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as US$ equity shares, ,63,367,316 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as "2013" zero dividend preference shares and 69,421,547 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as "2015" zero dividend preference shares.

The Company holds no US$ equity shares and 2,051,508 "2013" zero dividend preference shares in treasury. In addition, the Company has also 57,941,147 warrants that may be exercised in relation to the purchase of US$ equity shares.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 367,871,129 for the US$ equity share class, 63,367,316 for the "2013" zero dividend preference share class and 69,421,547 for the "2015" zero dividend preference share class.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 500,659,992 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
