Starvest PLC02 July 2007 Starvest plc Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 37,217,259 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), with voting rights. The Company holds 950,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 36,267,259.
