Total Voting Rights
Diurnal Group plc (AIM: DNL), the specialty pharmaceutical company targeting patient needs in chronic endocrine (hormonal) diseases, announces that pursuant to its block admission facility, details of which were announced on 13 December 2021, it has recently issued 176,254 ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in satisfaction of the exercise of options. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares.
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as of 31 January 2022, the Company has 169,320,105 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 169,320,105.
The above figure of 169,320,105 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
