Total Voting Rights

SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS" or "the Company") (AIM: SSY) announces that in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights at 30 June 2012 is 28,992,598 ordinary shares of 25p each ('Ordinary Shares') and a further 65,677 Ordinary Shares which are held in treasury and have no voting rights.

 Accordingly, the above figure of 28,992,598 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTR.
