Kingfisher PLC18 May 2007 KINGFISHER PLC Kingfisher plc - Voting Rights and Capital As a result of the recent allotment of 17,246 new ordinary shares and transferof 561,274 ordinary shares from the Kingfisher 1993 Employee Share OwnershipPlan Trust, in both cases to satisfy the exercise of share options, the issuedshare capital of Kingfisher plc at close of business on 17 May 2007 is2,359,908,634 ordinary shares including those 17,830,304 ordinary shares held byKingfisher plc under the Kingfisher 1993 Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust. The total number of shares with voting rights is 2,342,078,330.
