Confirmation of Total Voting Rights

The Directors of JZ Capital Partners Limited (the "Company") wish to announce that the Company's share capital consists of 65,018,607 ordinary shares. Each ordinary share carries one vote. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 65,018,607.

These figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Further to its announcement on 3 July, the Company has applied for 65,018,607 ordinary shares, which includes 27,699,369 of ordinary shares resulting from the conversion of limited voting ordinary shares into ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market and to listing on the CISX. This is expected to take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 31 July.

The Company has also applied for 20,707,141 zero dividend preference shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market and to listing on the CISX. This is also expected to take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 31 July.
