PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and innovator of great-tasting stevia sweeteners for the global beverage and food industry, notifies the market that at 30 June 2017 the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue is 173,699,356. No shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights is 173,699,356 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
