In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 December 2010, the Company's issued share capital consists of 497,789,454 ordinary shares of 0.01p each and 110,000,000 C shares of 0.01p each. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 607,789,454.

The above figure (607,789,454) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, HICL under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
