TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company", "IG" or "IG Group") hereby notifies the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital as at 31 July 2012 consists of 363,315,023 ordinary shares of 0.005p each, with voting rights.
There has been no change in the Company's issued share capital since the Total Voting Rights notification as at 31 May 2012.
The Company does not hold any of the ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 363,315,023 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
