Total Voting Rights and Warrant Update

As at 31 May 2020, Premier Oil plc's issued share capital consisted of 839,864,567 Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence with voting rights. Premier Oil plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The figure of 839,864,567 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Premier Oil plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

To date, the Company has allotted 42,949,759 Ordinary Shares as a result of the exercise of equity warrants, representing 5.11% per cent of the Company's enlarged share capital.

As at 31 May 2020, 19,732,020 warrants have been exercised on a cashless basis and a further 35,377,158, warrants have been exercised in cash.
