St Ives plc - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1R, St Ives plc ("the Company") advises the market of the following:

That, as at 29 June 2018, the Company's issued share capital consists of 147,741,927 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). The Company holds 90,637 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in St Ives plc is 147,651,290.

The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, St Ives plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
