Total voting rights and share capital
In accordance with the Listing Rules and the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby announces that its total issued share capital at 31 October 2019 consists of 312,437,422 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 312,437,422. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
