Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules' ongoing disclosure requirements for issuers, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As of 29 April 2022, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 167,449,022 ordinary shares of 10p with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 167,449,022.

The above figure of 167,449,022 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
