St Ives plc - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

St Ives plc ("the Company") hereby confirms that as at 29 August 2014 the Company's issued share capital consists of 125,170,705 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). The Company holds 177,047 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in St Ives plc is 124,993,658.

The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, St Ives plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
