Disclosure by the Company pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6(R).

The Company confirms that its authorised share capital has increased by 142,391 ordinary shares of 25p each. The Company's total share capital consists of 50,067,822 ordinary shares and 100,000 preference shares with voting rights. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 50,167,822.

The Company does not hold any treasury shares.

The figure 50,167,822 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
