Total Voting Rights and Posting of Annual Report

In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 7,564,776 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'). The Company holds 2,238 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 7,562,538.

The figure of 7,562,538 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company also announces that its annual report and accounts have been sent to shareholders and are available on the Company's website (www.indigovision.com).
