Total Voting Rights and Further re Subscription

31 March 2014 Vela Technologies PLC ("Vela" or the "Company") TVR and Further re Subscription to raise £325,000 Further to the announcement on 25 March 2014, Vela Technologies, the investingcompany focussing on early stage and pre-IPO technology investments, announcesthat 65,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of theCompany were duly allotted and issued on 26 March 2014 and admitted to tradingthis morning. Receipt of subscription monies is expected by 2 April 2014. The enlarged issued share capital of Vela Technologies with voting rightsattached consists of 222,088,020 ordinary shares of 0.1p each with one vote perordinary share. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number ofvoting rights in Vela Technologies is therefore be 222,088,020, which figuremay be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they arerequired to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in VelaTechnologies under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
