Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Hardy Oil and Gas plc ("Hardy" or "the Company") would like to notify the market that the Company's capital consists of 72,764,604 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each with voting rights as a result of exercise of stock options.
The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 72,764,604 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hardy under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
