Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at 30 September 2019 consisted of 666,304,286 ordinary shares, (previously 666,304,286 ordinary shares as at 31 August 2019) and 34,000 preference shares with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 666,304,286.

The above figure of 666,304,286 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
