Total Voting Rights and Admission of Shares

Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc (AIM: LOGP), the North Celtic Sea focused, oil and gas company, confirms that the total issued share capital of the Company is 804,718,338 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of warrants during October 2020.

Included in the total issued share capital of the Company are an additional 500 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") where admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") has been applied for today pursuant to the exercise of warrants as announced on 22 October 2020.

It is expected that Admission of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective and that dealings will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around 5 November 2020. The New Ordinary Shares will be issued and credited as fully paid and will rank on Admission pari passu in all respects with each other and with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
