In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6, The Scottish Investment Trust PLC (the 'Company') advises that as at 31 January 2021 the Company had 70,580,842 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue representing 70,580,842 total voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
