Total Voting Rights - Amendment

The following replaces the Total Voting Rights announcement released at 15.03pm on 30 April 2012 under RNS number 3776C.

In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 Betfair Group plc confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 30th April 2012 (being the last trading day of April) is 102,328,826 at 0.1p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company is 102,328,826.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Betfair Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
