Total Voting Rights

Brewin Dolphin (LSE:BRW) today announces that in conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("the Rules"), Brewin Dolphin's share capital as at 31 August 2018 consisted of 283,406,200 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brewin Dolphin is 283,406,200.

The above figure of 283,406,200 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Brewin Dolphin, under the Rules.
