British Land Co PLC03 January 2008 The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital - UPDATED In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules' ongoingdisclosure requirements for issuers, we would like to notify the market of thefollowing: The Company's issued share capital consists of 521,973,725 ordinary shares of25p each of which 11,266,245 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total numberof shares with voting rights in the Company is 510,707,480.
