Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital

In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, Cairn Homes plc announces that the Company's issued share capital consists of 516,663,977 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 516,663,977. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Transparency Rules.
