As at the close of business month end January 30th, 2015, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 20,628,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 415,976 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 20,212,959 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (20,212,959 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
