Voting Rights and Capital
For the purpose of the provisions of the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Sports Direct International plc's issued share capital consists of 576,602,369 ordinary 10p shares with voting rights. 64,000,000 ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
The above figure of 576,602,369 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sports Direct International plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
