In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company is required to notify the market of theÂ following:

At the close of business on 30 September 2023, Future's issued share capital consisted ofÂ Â Â 119,077,135 ordinary shares of 15 pence each. Each ordinary shareÂ carries one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is thereforeÂ 119,077,135.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify theirÂ interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
