GCP Asset Backed, which invests in asset backed loans, today announces that following the conversion of C shares, 73,403,850 new ordinary shares were admitted to the Premium Listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities at 8.00am today and the C shares now cease to exist.

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 17 April 2018, the Company has 316,599,679 ordinary shares in issue and therefore the total voting rights in the Company will be 316,599,679.

The above figure of 316,599,679 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
