GCP Asset Backed, which invests in asset backed loans, today announces that further to the Company's announcement on 16 February 2018, 229,223 ordinary shares have been admitted to the Premium Listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings have commenced on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities at 8:00am today.

As at 23 February 2018, the Company's issued share capital consists of 243,195,829 ordinary shares of no par value each and 75,000,000 C shares of no par value each. Therefore, the total number of issued shares with voting rights is 318,195,829.

The above figure of 318,195,829 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
