Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC - voting rights and capital update.

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:
Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC's capital has increased from 105,225,370 ordinary shares with voting rights as previously stated on June 30 2008 to 105,277,068 as a result of the issue of new shares from the exercise of share options. Each of the International Depositary Receipts (IDRs) issued by Banque Internationale a Luxembourg, as depositary agent under the IDR arrangement with the Company, equates to one underlying ordinary share in the capital of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC is 105,277,068.
The above figure (105,277,068) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
