Total Voting Rights
Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ), a pioneer in ultra-low power wireless semiconductor technology, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of Toumaz in issue as at the date of this notice is 1,708,446,197.
99,362,243 Ordinary Shares are held jointly by the Employee Benefit Trust and participants for the purposes of the Company's joint share ownership plan in relation to which all voting rights have been waived.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,609,083,954. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
