TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARES IN ISSUE

The Company's issued ordinary share capital at 6 May 2016 comprised 4,928,711,776 ordinary shares of 11 3/7p each and, in accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights for the purposes of calculating disclosable interests in the Company's ordinary share capital was also 4,928,711,776.
