Total Voting Rights

Further to the Company's announcement on 11 February 2011 regarding the rights issue of 1,045,489,113 new ordinary shares and placing of 5,803,048 new ordinary shares, as at 17 March 2011, the Company has 1,540,734,337 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issue, of which 22,702,214 ordinary shares are held as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company on 17 March 2011 is 1,518,032,123. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Findel under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
