29 December 2006 Tullett Prebon plc Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provisions we hereby notify the market of the following:
Tullett Prebon plc's issued share capital consists of 212,338,141 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
The above figure of 212,338,141 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tullett Prebon plc under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
