Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy, announces that at 31 January 2012 the Company's capital consists of 18,096,773 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 31 January 2012 is 18,096,773. 

The above figure of 18,096,773 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mattioli Woods under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
