Total Voting Rights
Entertainment One Ltd. makes the following announcement in accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
As at 30 September 2017, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 430,573,607 common shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 430,573,607.
The total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
