Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), we hereby notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued capital consists of 450,000,000 ordinary shares of £1.00 each with voting rights. There are currently no shares held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 450,000,000.

The above figure (450,000,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the DTR.
