CCH International plc18 December 2006 18 December 2006 CCH International Plc ("CCH" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 84,126,983 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each ("OrdinaryShares"), with voting rights. The Company holds 4,444,444 Ordinary Shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is79,682,539. The above figure of 79,682,539 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders inthe Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determineif they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interestin, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules. In addition to the above, there are 40,000,000 Deferred "A" shares of £0.01 and20,000,000 Deferred "B" shares of £0.01 in issue. The deferred shares have novoting rights or entitlement to dividends.
