Inchcape plc - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
Inchcape plc's capital consists of 486,946,791 ordinary shares with voting rights. Inchcape plc holds 26,875,606 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Inchcape plc is 460,071,185.
The above figure (460,071,185) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Inchcape plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
