11 December 2006 ITM Power Plc ("ITM" or "the Company") Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, ITM Power Plc notifies the market of the following:
ITM's issued share capital consists of 101,229,485 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 101,229,485 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITM under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
