Bunzl plc Voting Rights and Capital

As at 30 September 2012, Bunzl plc's capital consisted of 355,128,668 ordinary shares with voting rights of which Bunzl plc holds 23,325,000 ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Bunzl plc is therefore 331,803,668.

The figure of 331,803,668 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will be determined if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bunzl plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
