Feedback PLC21 December 2006 Feedback plc (the "Company" or "Feedback") Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the transitional provision of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of OrdinaryShares of 10p in issue at the date of this notice is 12,382,021. The above figure may be used by Ordinary Shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in Feedback, under the Disclosure andTransparency Rules. Additionally there are 770,814 10 per cent. net Convertible RedeemableCumulative Preference Shares of £1 of Feedback ("Convertible Preference Shares")in issue at the date of this notice. The Convertible Preference Shares currentlycarry voting rights as the payment of the dividend is in arrears.
